Column Name	Type	Description
ProviderWrittenExtensionNotificationDateTime	DATETIME	The date and time (local) that the provider first received written notification of an extension.
UniqueContactDateIdentifier	FLOAT	A unique contact date in decimal format. The integer portion of the number indicates the date of contact. The digits after the decimal distinguish different contacts on the same date and are unique for each contact on that date. For example, .00 is the first/only contact, .01 is the second contact, etc.
AuthorizationRepresentativeNotificationOnTimeCategory	INTEGER	The on-time category ID indicating if all required authorized representative decision notifications were complete on time.
FirstRepresentativeNotificationDueUtcTimestamp	DATETIME	The date and time (UTC) that the first authorized representative decision notification was due.
First	DATETIME	The date and time (local) that the first member decision notification was due.
MemberWrittenExtensionNotificationUniversalTime</div>	DATETIME	The date and time (UTC) that the member first received written notification of an extension.
AuthorizationDecisionNotificationCompletionUtcDatetime	DATETIME	The date and time (UTC) that all required decision notifications were completed.
MedicareAdvantageExpeditedDenialNotificationOnTimeCategory	INTEGER	The on-time category ID indicating if the notification of denial to expedite met Medicare Advantage review category timeliness standards.
