This table contains information about push notification actions. For device alert notifications, actions give users a way to communicate with the external system that sends the alerts to Epic. For example, escalate an alert to the next responsible party in the escalation chain when the recipient is not able to immediately address it. To extract data to: 1. In Clinical Administration, open EMR System Definitions and select Decision Support, Pop Management. 2. Go to the Push Notification Clarity Settings screen. 3. In the Types Excluded from Clarity Extracts field, enter the types of push notification you want to exclude from Clarity extraction.

| PushNotificationActionUriTypeCategoryIdentifier | INTEGER | The URI type category ID for the action URI. |
| PhysicalRecordOwnerCommunityIdentifier | VARCHAR | The Community ID (CID) of the instance that owns this record or line. This is only populated if you use IntraConnect. |
| CommunityLogOwnerInstanceIdentifier | VARCHAR | The Community ID (CID) of the instance from which this record or line was extracted. This is only populated if you use IntraConnect. |
