This table stores discrete family history problem information received from outside sources.

| DocumentContactDate | DATETIME | The date of this contact in calendar format. |
| FamilyHistoryProblemComment | VARCHAR | Comments left for the problem in this row. |
| FamilyMemberProblemCategoryIdentifier | INTEGER | The category ID of the family member's problem for this row. |
| ReceivedDocumentIdentifier | NUMERIC | This item stores the Received Document record ID. |
| FamilyMemberProblemReferenceIdentifier | VARCHAR | The unique ID of the family member's problem for this row. |
| FamilyMemberProblemPertinentNegativeIndicator | VARCHAR | The value that determines whether the problem for this row is a pertinent negative for the family member. |
| FamilyMemberReferenceIdentifier | VARCHAR | The unique ID of the family member for this row. This column is frequently used to link to the DOCS_RCVD_FAM_HX_MEM table. |
| ReceivedDocumentProblemLineNumber | INTEGER | The line number for the information associated with this contact. Multiple pieces of information can be associated with this contact. |
| FamilyHistoryContactDecimalDate | FLOAT | A unique, internal contact date in decimal format. The integer portion of the number indicates the date of the contact. The digits after the decimal distinguish different contacts on the same date and are unique for each contact on that date. For example, .00 is the first/only contact, .01 is the second contact, etc. |
