This table stores information on anchor event option(s) a questionnaire series is related to.

| AnchorRuleIdentifier | VARCHAR | The Community ID (CID) of the instance from which this record or line was extracted. This is only populated if you use IntraConnect. |
| QuestionnaireSeriesAnswerIdentifier | NUMERIC | This column stores the unique identifier for the series answer record. |
| QuestionnaireAnswerLineNumber | INTEGER | The line number for the information associated with this record. Multiple pieces of information can be associated with this record. |
| AnchorEncounterContactSerialNumber | NUMERIC | This item stores a single unique contact serial number (CSN) from the day on which an anchor event rule was satisfied for a patient's questionnaire series. An anchor event rule being satisfied will convert a patient's questionnaire series (questionnaires being asked to the patient on a specified period) to a post-anchor mode, meaning different questionnaires might now be asked to the patient than were asked before the anchor event. An anchor event might be a medication being given or a procedure being performed, for example. |
