The patient encounter letters table contains information about letters associated with encounters.

| LetterReasonCategory | VARCHAR | The category value associated with the reason for the letter. |
| LetterSmartlistResolvedStatus | VARCHAR | Whether the SmartLists in the letter have been resolved or not. |
| LetterTemplateRecordIdentification | VARCHAR | Stores the Letter Template record ID of the template used to create the letter. |
| LetterFromUserIdentification | VARCHAR | The user ID of the user entered as the "from" user in the letter activity. |
| LetterStatusCategory | INTEGER | The category value associated with the status of each letter, such as 1- Open, 2- Deleted, 3- Sent, 4- Voided, 5-Sent by batch. |
| LetterEnvelopeSize | VARCHAR | The size of the letter |
| LetterCreationDate | DATETIME | The date that the letter was created. |
| LetterContactDate | DATETIME | The date of this contact in calendar format. |
| EncounterOwnerIdentifier | VARCHAR | This is the owner of the patient encounter in a Care Everywhere setup |
| LetterLineNumber | INTEGER | The line count used to identify different letters associated with an encounter. |
| LetterStatusChangeUserIdentifier | VARCHAR | The user that changed or created the letter status. |
| EncounterDateRealNumber | FLOAT | This is a numeric representation of the date of this encounter in your system. The integer portion of the number specifies the date of the encounter. The digits after the decimal point indicate multiple visits on one day. |
| LetterStatusChangeDateTime | DATETIME | The instant (date and time) the status of the letter was created or changed. |
| LetterDeliveryAddress | VARCHAR | The address the letter was sent to. |
