This table contains the authorization decision history for service-level authorizations.

| IntervalApprovalCount | INTEGER | The number of times the interval has been approved to repeat as of the specified date/time. |
| IntervalRepeatRequestCount | INTEGER | The number of times the interval has been requested to repeat as of the specified date/time. |
| AuthorizationAutoStatusAssignmentPreCheckClassifierIdentification | VARCHAR | When auto status assignment pre-check sets the service status, this item stores the service constraints classifier on the coverage profile that was matched. |
| PartialAuthorizationReasonCode | INTEGER | The partial authorization reason assigned to the service by the associated user on the specified date/time. |
| AuthorizationClosedReasonCode | INTEGER | The closed reason assigned to the service by the associated user on the specified date/time. |
| InterimApprovedFrequencyIdentifier | VARCHAR | The ID of the associated Frequency Record for the approved recurring authorization as of the specified date/time. |
| AuthorizationRevenueCodeIdentifier | NUMERIC | The procedure revenue code assigned to the authorization record as of the specified date/time. This column can be used to link to the CL_UB_REV_CODE table. |
| OwningInstanceCommunityIdentifier | VARCHAR | The Community ID (CID) of the instance that owns this record or line. This is only populated if you use IntraConnect. |
| ServiceCoveredByMemberBenefitIndicator | INTEGER | Whether the service is covered by member benefits. This item is only stored if the service authorization classifiers used in auto status assignment evaluate that a service is covered in member benefits. |
| AutoStatusAssignmentPreCheckProfileIdentifier | NUMERIC | When auto status assignment pre-check sets the service status, this item stores the coverage profile that was matched. |
