DuplicateInternalContactSerialNumber	NUMERIC	The internal patient contact serial number (CSN) that is a duplicate of this external encounter.
EventFilterReasonCode	INTEGER	Stores the reason why an external encounter should be filtered from the composite record
ReceivedEncounterAcuityLevel	VARCHAR	Stores the received acuity level for an encounter.
EventResearchStudyCode	VARCHAR	Stores the study code of the research study associated with this event.
EventDocumentTitle	VARCHAR	Title of a document associated with an event.
EncounterDocumentIdentifier	VARCHAR	The unique ID for the encounter document.
EventNotificationFacilityName	VARCHAR	Stores the facility name for an event notification.
EventDataSourceCode	INTEGER	Indicates whether the data comes from the encompassingEncounter section or an encounter section of a CDA document, or from the event list. By default (i.e. when this value is blank) the data is assumed to come from the encounter section.
EncounterAdmissionTypeCategory	INTEGER	Admission type of the encounter.
IsEventExternalToSendingOrganization	VARCHAR	This item tracks whether the event occurred at the organization that sent the received document, or if it occurred elsewhere. If it occurred elsewhere, this item will be set to 1. Otherwise, this item will be null.
EventDepartmentSpecialtyName	VARCHAR	Free text name for the department specialty associated with the event.
PatientAgeAtEventTime	VARCHAR	The patient's age as of the event. Format: 4 d, 2 wk, 8 mo, 8 a (years).
EventAddressStreet	VARCHAR	Street address of the place where the event occurred.
LastUpdateInstantUtcDateTime	DATETIME	Stores the last update instant of the event in UTC.
ExpectedLengthOfStayDays	INTEGER	The expected length of the stay in days.
EncounterTimeZoneOffset	NUMERIC	Contains the time zone offset of this encounter in hours
EncounterIsHospitalAdmissionIndicator	VARCHAR	Indicates whether the encounter is a hospital admission. Y indicates that the encounter is a hospital admission. N indicates that the encounter is not a hospital admission. NULL indicates an encounter for which this information is not available.
EncounterStartDateAndTime	DATETIME	Start instant (date and time) for the encounter.
EventFacilityNationalProviderIdentifier	VARCHAR	Stores the facility NPI where the event occurred.
UniqueContactDateRealNumber	FLOAT	A unique contact date in decimal format. The integer portion of the number indicates the date of contact. The digits after the decimal distinguish different contacts on the same date and are unique for each contact on that date. For example, .00 is the first/only contact, .01 is the second contact, etc.
EncounterPreadmitCertificationNumber	VARCHAR	Pre-admit Certification Number of the encounter
ReceivedEncounterEndDateTime	DATETIME	End instant (date and time) for the encounter.
IsOutpatientFaceToFaceVisit	VARCHAR	Indicates whether the encounter is an outpatient face-to-face visit. Y indicates that the encounter is an outpatient face-to-face visit. N indicates that the encounter is not an outpatient face-to-face visit. NULL indicates an encounter for which this information is not available.
EventDepartmentSpecialtyIdentifier	VARCHAR	Department specialty category ID associated with the event.
ReceivedDocumentNoteIdentification	VARCHAR	The note (HNO) ID related to this encounter.
ReceivedDocumentEncounterInstantDateTime	DATETIME	This item stores the last received instant.
ReceivedDocumentCodingStatus	INTEGER	Stores the Coding Status (I HAR 1400) category value (category list in I HAR 1500) of a received document.
LinkedResearchProtocolVisit	VARCHAR	The linked protocol visit for a Research Study linked encounter.
EncounterAdmissionSource	INTEGER	Admit source of the encounter.
IncomingDocumentServiceEventIdentifier	VARCHAR	stores the service event identifier from an incoming CDA document
EncounterAdmissionReason	VARCHAR	The reason for the admission based on HL7v2 tables
KantaSocialCareDocumentTypeCode	INTEGER	Stores the Kanta Social Care document type for each event in the event list.
EncounterEmergencyDepartmentToInpatientIndicator	VARCHAR	Indicates whether this encounter was upgraded from ED to Inpatient. Y indicates that the encounter was upgraded from ED to Inpatient. N indicates an inpatient encounter that was not upgraded from ED. Null indicates either a non-inpatient encounter or an encounter for which this information is not available.
EventAddressPostalCode	VARCHAR	The postal code where the event occurred.
EncounterMoodCode	VARCHAR	Mood code of the remote encounter.
ReceivedDocumentEventKey	INTEGER	Key for use by other related event groups.
EventServiceRequestCode	VARCHAR	Indicates the request code that was used to launch a Kanta query for the document. The stored service request for metadata responses will be used to launch the full query when the document is requested.
ReceivedDocumentClinicalDocumentArchitectureTypeCode	INTEGER	The CDA type category ID for the document.
EncounterPlaceOfServiceCategoryCode	INTEGER	The place of service code category ID for the location where the patient's encounter on the remote system occurred. Category values can be found in ZC_POS_TYPE.
EncounterArrivalMode	INTEGER	The means by which the patient arrived at the encounter.
ReceivedDocumentMimeType	INTEGER	The format (mime type) of the document received.
ReceivedDocumentContactDate	DATETIME	The date of this contact in calendar format.
EncounterTypeName	VARCHAR	Free text name of the remote encounter type.
EventDischargeDispositionCode	VARCHAR	The disposition of the patient upon discharge.
EventApproximatePatientDateOfBirth	DATETIME	The patient's approximate date of birth based on the age as of the event.
ContactInformationLineNumber	INTEGER	The line number for the information associated with this contact. Multiple pieces of information can be associated with this contact.
RelatedDocumentIdentifier	VARCHAR	Stores ID of the document that contains a given encounter (event) in its encounter section.
RemoteOrganizationEncounterType	VARCHAR	HL7 encounter type of the contact at the remote organization.
RelatedDocumentLastReceivedInstant	DATETIME	Stores the last received instant of the related document.
IsHospitalOutpatientVisitIndicator	VARCHAR	Indicates whether the encounter is a hospital outpatient visit. Y indicates that the encounter is a hospital outpatient visit. N indicates that the encounter is not a hospital outpatient visit. NULL indicates an encounter for which this information is not available.
EventAddressCity	VARCHAR	The city where the event occurred.
DocumentCreationInstantUtcTimestamp	DATETIME	Holds the creation instant of the document as returned by the query response header. This is distinct from I DXR 172, which is the creation instant as returned by metadata within the received document.
ExternalDocumentEncounterReferenceIdentifier	VARCHAR	Stores the encounter reference ID received in an external document when reference IDs are not trusted.
ReceivedDocumentSizeInBytes	INTEGER	The size (in bytes) listed for the document in the received document query response.
ReceivedDocumentRecordIdentifier	NUMERIC	This item stores the Received Document record ID.
CalculatedEncounterStatusCategory	INTEGER	Stores the Calculated Encounter Status (I EPT 87318) category value of a received document.
EncounterIdentifierFromRemoteSystem	VARCHAR	The unique identifier for this encounter as received on the remote system. This is only populated for documents received from non-Epic organizations.
EventAddressCounty	VARCHAR	The county where the event occurred.
DocumentSetIdentifier	VARCHAR	Document set ID that represents a common identifier across all document revisions.
SourceOrganizationIdentifier	NUMERIC	Source organization for events with a single source.
EventObstetricGynecologicStatus</blockquote>	INTEGER	The patient's ob/gyn status as of the event.
EventFacilityTaxIdentificationNumber	VARCHAR	Stores the facility TIN where the event occurred.
DocumentRecordTypeCategoryIdentifier	INTEGER	The record type category ID for the document.
EncounterAuthorizationNumber	VARCHAR	Authorization Number of the encounter
EventLocationIdentifier	VARCHAR	The unique ID of the location on the remote system where the patient's encounter occurred.
EventKantaSocialCareCase	INTEGER	Stores the Kanta Social Care case for each event in the event list.
RemoteDocumentEditEncounterIdentifier	VARCHAR	Unique identifier for the encounter in which the document was edited on the remote system. This is either a contact serial number (CSN) or, if using IntraConnect, a Unique Contact Identifier (UCI).
ExpectedEncounterDischargeDate	DATETIME	Expected discharge date for the encounter
